The effect engraved by the engraving machine does not necessarily meet 100% of the customer's requirements, especially if the engraved effect is not smooth enough, it is necessary to find out the reason and deal with it in time. However, when we are actually working, if this happens, it is mainly the reason for these two aspects:
1. The gap between the y-axis or the x-axis of the engraving machine may also have a gap between the two axes at the same time, which causes the sway during the engraving process to cause the engraving path to be deviated and the lettering is not smooth;
Solution: Change the speed of the line or curve, and change the value to determine the parameters of the engraving machine itself.
Second, the linear speed of the engraving machine and the curve speed are too different, causing the engraving machine to vibrate too much when the curve is taken, so that the engraving path is deviated and the lettering is not smooth.
Solution: If the engraving machine is a round rail, you must find a way to change the rail or slider, the action will be larger, depending on the reason. If it is a square rail, it is much simpler. Just adjust the up and down or front and rear sliders;
