1, boot without any reflection

2, no laser output or laser is weak
▶Whether the optical path is offset: Carefully adjust the optical path.
▶Reflection or damage to the mirror: Clean or replace the mirror.
▶Change in focus of the device focus: Readjust the focus.
▶Contamination of the focusing mirror: Clean the focusing mirror.
▶Whether the water quality or water temperature is normal: Replace the clean cooling water to the normal temperature.
▶Whether the cooling water circulates: dredge the cooling water circuit.
▶Whether the laser tube is damaged or aged: Replace the laser tube.
▶Whether the laser power supply is energized: Check the laser power supply circuit to make it normal.
▶Whether the temperature of the whole machine is too high: 1. Shut down to lower the temperature; 2. Ventilate to strengthen the heat of the machine; 3. Adjust the ambient temperature.
▶Whether the laser power supply is damaged: Replace the laser power supply.
3, cutting / engraving depth is not ideal
▶ Is the cutting/engraving processing parameter normal: Set the appropriate machining parameters.
▶Whether the laser power setting is normal: Set the laser power correctly.
▶The laser output is weak: see point 2.
4, the computer and equipment are not online
▶Whether the scan switch is turned on: Turn on the scan switch.
▶Enable the power system: Check the power supply and make it normal.
▶Whether the DSP motion control card is damaged: Replace the DSP motion control card.
▶If the signal cable is loose: Re-plug the signal cable and fix it.
5, the processing size has errors or malfunctions
▶When the whole machine and computer are grounded properly: Ground the device and computer well.
▶ Is the signal line normal: Replace the signal line.
▶ The computer operating system is faulty or infected with viruses: reinstall the operating system or antivirus.
▶ Is the computer running normally: replace or dispose of the computer.
▶The power supply is unstable or has interference signals: install a voltage regulator or eliminate interference signals.
▶ Is the application software normal: Reinstall the driver software for the software and motion control card.
▶Whether the machining parameters are set correctly (such as layout): reset the corresponding parameters
▶Whether the machining program is programmed: Check the programmed machining program and modify it until it is normal.
6, the slider movement is not ideal
▶Whether the trolley slides and sliders are contaminated: clean the slides and sliders.
▶Whether the guide rail is contaminated: Clean the guide rail and add lubricant.
▶Whether the transmission gear is loose: tighten the transmission gear
▶The drive belt is loose: adjust the belt to tight.
